Netty Horton Bachelor of Arts (hons) (Exeter University UK) Master of Public Policy (Melbourne University) Netty Horton has a long history of working in the area of homelessness, beginning as an outreach worker working with people sleeping rough in 1988. Netty was the CEO of the Council to Homeless Persons for more than 12 years during which time she established and ran the first and second national conferences on homelessness in Australia and chaired the Ministerial Advisory Committee on the development of the Victorian Homelessness Strategy. Netty founded and is a former President of the Council for Homeless Persons Australia, a founding member of the Australian Federation of Homelessness Organisations and Foodbank Australia. She has been the General Manager of Community Services with St Vincent de Paul Aged Care and Community Services. Currently Mark is the Chief Executive of Archicentre National Office. Mark has a strong
commercial and customer focus, and a vision for excellence in the delivery
of automotive services. Mark is a great advocate for lifelong learning having completed a Bachelor
of Applied Science, a Masters of Business Administration and he is currently
completing a Masters of Applied Finance. Mark is a trustee of the Committee
for the Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) and a Member of the

Bryan Lipmann AM Bachelor of Commerce Bachelor of Social Work Order of Australia 1999 for his work with the elderly homeless Bryan Lipmann is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Wintringham. He is an economics and social work graduate who has vast experience working with homeless older people. Under Bryans leadership, Wintringham has obtained substantial funding and support to enable the establishment of a range of housing and services to many aged people who were living in poor and insecure conditions. His ability to develop and implement high quality services that are financially viable, has influenced Government policy and welfare agencies towards a more co-ordinated response to a group of people who are some of the most disadvantaged within Australian society. Bryan is a regular contributor to a range of local and international aged care and housing forums, and is the author of a book "The Elderly Homeless", which looks at the international provision of services to frail homeless men and women. He was made a Distinguished Alumni of La Trobe University in 2009. Corrinne Armour Bachelor of Science (University of Melbourne) Diploma of Project Management Fellow of Leadership Victoria Corrinne was the Founding Chair of The Torch Project, a not-for-profit specialising in community cultural development.
